What I truly care about right now: leveraging AI in fraud detection — closing the gap between what AI can do and how fraud teams actually operationalise it inside their workflows and detection systems.
At work I spend most of my time thinking about how products get abused by fraudsters, and how to build better fraud detection systems that close the feedback loop.
Before that I was a data analyst and fraud strategist at Binance, Gojek, and PwC. That background is why I came into the AI wave thinking deeply about observability, the right detection logic, evaluation, feedback loops, and the human cost of over-automation.
